In accordance with the EU distance selling regulations, we will happily accept returns with the exception of earrings due to hygiene reasons. Please contact us as firstname.lastname@example.org with “returns” in the subject line and we can help you out!
Any new, unworn items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The Hidden Gem is not responsible for postage costs associated with returns, with the exception if the return is due to an error on our part (defective/incorrect item). In this instance The Hidden Gem will pay for the return shipping costs.
For hygiene reasons, there is strictly no exchange or refund on earrings or any hair accessories.
All items returned to The Hidden Gem should be returned unworn and in the original packaging and in the condition they were initially received. We understand that you would like to try on the jewellery but please do not exceed 5 minutes if you wish to return the item.
Please note that it may take up to 4 weeks to receive your refund. This timeline incorporates the return of the package to The Hidden Gem HQ (up to 10 business days), the process of your refund (up to 3 business days) and the process to transfer the refund by your bank (up to 10 business days).
